In order to work with Start Nursing Services as health care professional you need to meet the following requirements for each position:

REGISTERED NURSE (RN) & ENROLLED NURSE (EN):

  • Be passionate about nursing
  • Have responsible attitude toward clients & colleagues
  • Current registration with AHPRA
  • At least 1 years full-time or more employment in Australia
  • At least one year of current experience in your chosen specialty
  • Have undertaken new-graduate program at a public hospital
  • Have adequate knowledge on medications & medication administration
  • Able to administer intravenous medications & injections
  • Have adequate knowledge on ACFI documentation
  • Hold current & clear Criminal Record
  • Hold current & clear Working With Children Check
  • Have 3 current nursing referees
  • To be able to work few shifts a week

ASSISTANT IN NURSING & DISABILITY CARE WORKERS:

  • Hold Certificate III ,IV or both in aged care, disability , health or community care
  • Have at least 12 months recent paid work experience in aged care, disability or hospital environment in Australia
  • Able to take & document observations including Blood Pressure, Pulse, Temperature, Respiratory Rate & Oxygen Saturation
  • Have adequate knowledge & experience on manual handling & WHS
  • Have passion & work ethics toward nursing profession
  • Have clear understanding on "Consumer Directed Care"
  • Adequate skills on report writing & ACFI documentations
  • Effective communication skills
  • Hold current & clear Criminal Record
  • Hold current & clear Working With Children Check
  • Have 3 current nursing referees
  • To be able to work few shifts a week
